If you have questions or concerns about house of manes services, please check our frequently asked questions (FAQ).
A: Within 24/48 hours depending if it is in the business hours of operation.
A: Most definitely the studio is open Tuesday to Saturday. To try on wigs is a $50 consultation
fee.
Ordering
A: Sure do, 1st order after signing up to our emails will receive 10% off your first order. There is
always sales depending on the stock and what’s in trend or season.
A: Unfortunately with covid there is the possibility of ordering taking a bit of extra time to receive.
Once orders have been placed there is a 2 day handling time before shipment and the usual
7-10 day shipment. If it is urgent please push for fast postage at an additional cost.
A: For our synthetic collection we send out the order in a care bag, wig caps. (No box)
A: Sometimes we do human hair wigs online, at the moment it is all in house custom made.
A: Yes you can, price is upon ordering for postage price. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks toreceive due to coviid time frame or receiving your order.
Returns and Refunds
A: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, if it is upon ordering and if you contact us directly
info@houseofmanes.com will try our best to amend your order.
A: All wigs are quality checked before sending out.
Wig Question
A: Our synthetic wigs are made from high quality Japanese fiber.
A: You can put a heat of 100 degree Celsius, although we do not recommend doing so. If you do
take heat to the wigs, it is at your own risk. The wigs are designed to be washed and worn.
A: The wig cap size in the synthetic range is universal- meaning it can be adjusted to fitcomfortably for a perfect fit.
A: With good care and make sure you take care of your wig you can get 6 months to a year out of the wig. With the right care they wig should not Matt up
A: Out human hair wigs are made up from Brazilian hair and the toppers are made from either Brazilian or Russian hair. Some of the Wigs are made out of Russian hair. These are all custom
